Application Attachments (Required)
- Articles of organization or incorporation
- Full employee list
- Proof of EIN (Letter from IRS)
- (3) Letters of Reference from business, lenders, personal
- Current Lease Agreement for office space
- Pictures of exterior and interior of office location, must include door and address on pictures and signage
- Resume
- Nonrefundable $500.00 application fee
- 2 months prior pipeline report and/or credit report company invoice for verification of previous loan production.
- Background check approval form signed
- Copy of liability insurance
- Credit report
- Previous 2 years W-2’s or 1099’s
- Note: upon approval you must send an additional $850.00 for the setup fee for your office.
