Answer: You may maintain your current relationship with your current lenders and if they are not on our lender list we will add them accordingly. However, we leverage gross volumes to drive better pricing and services.
Question: What Human Resources services do you offer?
Answer: We provide all payroll services and offer compensation and benefit management. Guidance on legal and compliance issues regarding employees.
Question: What is the process of becoming a Loan Production Office?
Answer: The most critical aspect is making sure we understand your goals and objectives. We can approve you quickly. We will work with you on a transition plan that will allow you a smooth transition so as not to interfere with your overall business.
Question: What type of technology platform is used?
Answer: We offer you 24/7 access with an internet connection. We have Calyx PDS, which can connect you to your pipeline at any time. We also utilize Doc Velocity, which is used to store all of your processing and closed files for as long as needed by each state’s regulations. This way you always know where your customer’s files are located.

Answer: We will be happy to provide you with a list of references and contact numbers upon request. This will allow you to receive feedback and learn more about working with First Mortgage Corporation.
